Accordion Bread

What would be the best thing to do on a snowing, ice cold Sunday?
Stay in and bake...

that's making me feel hungry. It's not cold here, except sometimes you feel the water is cool, and the daytime is just like summer.

It is cold here as well. So we making beef stew. I will have to venture out to take a photo however it may be a short walk ... Your accordion bread looks good. I goggled the term and to my amusement found a patent.

Denton Hi, that's really intersting... My mom was baking this bread for years...In fact it is very easy. You use pyllo dough, milk and cheese. I did not know that there was a patent for it...I tell my Mom...Thanks...

My Istanbul photos are mostly from a trip I made last year (2006), revisiting areas I knew when I lived there in 1990-91 for about 12 months. I had previously visited for about 6 weeks in 1989.

I keep adding them as I have time - just have to do it in batches, not each day at the moment.

Ij the meantime I enjoy visiting yours each day!

yes, i think it's a very good idea..i love to bake in cold or cool weather. During my trip in Budapest, it was winter and I did baking quite a lot:)))
