Eyup Sultan

In one of my previous posts, I have mentioned about Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari, after his tombed was completed, the Golden Horn area became very popular as a resting place. Everybody wanted to be buried near to him.
This photo shows how it is look like inside.
It is also the most popular worship place in Istanbul.

that is pretty neat - so much history and significance - its no wonder ppl want to be burried there
