Waiting for the Ferry / Part 2

Rauf asked me about the exterior of this building.
Here it is...
People are rushing to the Ferry.
The bigger building behind this little one , is Haydarpasha Railway Station,
which I have posted before
Tomorrow, the ceilings in part 3...

it's such a lovely building!
I love the details when enlarged the photo! Can't wait for tomorrow!
by the way, I would stay out there waiting for the ferry instead of inside (with some exceptions, of course!)... it seems a lively place!

Dsole, I usually wait outside too. But it can be very windy and cold there. Especially in winter, better to stay in :)

Are those the famous Iznik tiles on the building?

OK, I was tired of sounding ignorant about Istanbul (I am very vain, you know ;-) so I spent an hour there last night. Yes I did!
I rented a travel DVD, hosted by a lovely young lady, so I just pretended it was Oya showing me around her town. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Now, I am an expert on Istanbul - ask me anything ;-)

And thanks Oya for your kind comment about my blog! I enjoy yours just as much, as you can tell by my frequent visits...

So beautiful Oya. I like the traditional look of the building.

Isabella, sure they are Iznik tiles:) I am so impressed to hear about your DVD night:) That means I am doing something here. Hehe
About that girl, you know I would love to have a job like hers. But for now, I have to live with posting photos only; which is also alright. I made new friends...
