The same. Here people don´t respect it very much. Of course one can always get a parking ticket, and it´s pretty expensive.

Hi oya - sorry I haven't been to visit lately! Well, here in Sydney there's pretty heavy fines for ignoring parking signs, but I guess lots of people ghet parking tickets!

That sign is not longer used in Europe. Actually the only permitted is that round circled red and blue one inside with red bar that cross it.

You put the sign up here and it attracts people to park there! I think people have a tendency to revolt in little ways against authority.

Have enjoyed you last few posts. I have been a little slow getting around lately.

Hope all is well with you, take care and have a great day or evening I should say.

Yes, people over here are quite disobediant too (must be a med thing!). It wouldn't stop anyone here either. Nice photo.

Our mayor is really, really strict about parking violations. It cost like $60 for the first parking ticket. Then it goes up to $90, $120, $150 for the subsequent violations.

NYC makes LOTS of money from parking tickets. Thank goodness I don't have a car.

Your pictures of Istanbul keep reminding me of my trip there, back when I was still a small kid 9 years ago. :)

I'm not entirely sure but I think I've been around that place during my trip.

You have a very beautiful country. Though I hope your financial situation has improved since then. I remember so many poor people, selling dry bagels at every corner of the street. 125,000 a piece. Which was like... $0.40? :(

Israelidary, you have a very strong mind. Bagels are the same price:)
