Beautiful colors. I looked at the tiny photo on the portal and thought this must be sausages. I was really surprised to see prayer beads.

These prayer beads, from genuine amber in my opinion are the best, (but much expensive).

very beautiful.....love the warmth of the pic... Hindus in India have something very similar, for precisely the same reason, only less colourful :)
One of my favourite colors, reminds you of lazy, sunny days. We have similar in Malta but with a cross hanging from it, used to say the rosary with.
P.S. clay pots in malta are called "pagna" and they are not much used nowadays although it is true that the food is tastier when cooked in it.
Oya, the color of the beads are beautiful. I love the different hues of orange in the color.
I didn't know Muslims use beads to pray. I've only seem it among Buddhist monks.

The actual verb is "tasbeeh" :)
I keep one in my jacket pocket always , esp for those long walks.
How come We orthodox christians use them also?
