Turkish Hospitality

Pandeli Restaurant is at the Spice Bazaar since 1901
It is one of the few restaurants that serves real Turkish food with the same staff working for over 20 years....

Have never got there - it's a promise for next time!
Why does stuff we're supposed to eat make us gassy?

Err, please ignore that last comment - it was meant for another forum I was on! LOL

I have to say that I really don't know what Turkish food is. Wouldn't know it if I saw it. I need to look into it. :)

I love the expression you captured. He looks as though he is very proud of his job and the food he is serving. A very inviting place!
