Sausage

Turkish type of sausage is prepared with lots of garlic and spices
People eat it on very different varieties.
Some in sandwiches, some pan fried, some grilled...
I like it pan fried with scrambled eggs...

Isabella, the minute I take sausage out of the ice box, Ollie comes to the kitchen to help me with preparing:) The other favorite of her, is canned Tuna. She loooves it:)

These are definitely "sucuk"!

I'm afraid, the kind of you can buy in Germany is a bit too tempered, in order to suit the middle-european taste. The original wild thing I had tried in Istanbul was delicious!
